Once a small fishing village in the Red Sea, Hurghada has become Egypt’s most visited tourist destination. He is especially popular with divers and divers who flock there to see the multicolored underwater reefs and the impressive marine life. With over 100 hotels, it is a popular exotic destination where you can still enjoy the sun and great beaches when other parts of the world are in the middle of winter. We feel the magic of Giza, the Nile and the most impressive exhibitions of the Eqyptian Museum. The journey from Hurghada started at 3am, but was quite comfortable on a 20-seat bus.

While diving you can enjoy the most immersive experience, but if that’s too much for you, you can still get a good glimpse of the beautiful underwater world on a snorkeling trip. We booked this during our stay in Hurghada and were pleasantly surprised by the transfers from our hotel to the meals included. Everything worked smoothly and even included a transfer to Luxor airport because we did not return to Hurghada. The sites themselves were beautiful and Ghada (good luck with the baby) our guide was informative, but persisted and gave time to explore these beautiful sites for yourself. I would not hesitate to recommend this trip to anyone who wants to see this beautiful part of the world. Just to add that I’ve never been on a cruise before, although my friend I was traveling with did and said the cabin was bigger than most cruises.
